In the context of the implementation of the BISNet Transylvania project, which aims to create a support network for business and innovation in the North-West and Center development regions, we can provide you with the  necessary assistance to create the company profile in order to promote it within the European Enterprise Europe Network and internationalization of your products / services.


Transilvania IT Cluster also supports companies by providing specific services: requests and offers of technology, technological transfer, participation in matchmaking and brokerage events, support services for SMEs participation in Research and Innovation Programs of European Commission.

Our efforts follow the path of creating synergies between local, national, European and international actors interested in research, development and innovation in the technological sector.

Member services

We want every member of the Transilvania IT team to know closely the services that our cluster can offer. It is important that TIT member companies know that they can call on us as needed and that we are open to helping or finding the necessary leverage to support them.


Training and know-how

One of the main pillars on which the activity of the cluster is based is the permanent concern regarding the improvement of the skills of the employees of our member companies.


Since its inception, we have started conducting training courses for professional development and soft skills.


With Digital Innovative Transilvania 2.0 coming to an end in May 2021, we are set to further upskill the competences of employees, preparing them for future jobs, improving their work performance, and increasing productivity. 


Partnerships and internationalization 


We continuously focus our attention on opportunities and events that are meant to boost the regional ecosystem, support startups and find new partners in order to develop projects. Moreover, we will continue to represent the best interests of the ecosystem at regional, national and European levels in the future. We aim to offer support and expertise in helping Cluster members expand to new markets by finding new international partners.

We consider that it is very important that our members receive structured, clear and important information. Therefore, we consider that the monthly newsletter will be one of the most important tools used for information in the future. We have structured it into categories so that it is easy to read and comprehensive. Our work is focused on the local ecosystem, but we are involved in national and international working groups. We participate in events with a strong impact, where we are the voice of our members. We have contributed to the digitization strategy of Cluj-Napoca, together with our member companies and our city is among the six most innovative cities in Europe.

Innovation services


1. Strategic innovation of the ecosystem and at the Cluster level

The main objective is to achieve the DIH strategy and to assume at regional and European level the KPIs that TDIH has. We intend to organize over five years of innovation experiments that ensure the transfer of knowledge and technology from the IT&C industry to other beneficiary industries and public administration.

2. Innovation of the portfolio of services and products offered by the cluster 

We can create collaborations, partnerships and we can offer know how transfer. We are open to discussions and we can adapt our services according to the requirements of our members

3. Innovative courses and skills training

Creating the content and format of the course + organizing courses for cluster members, but also for other SMEs from different industries and public administration on topics such as: digital transformation, digital innovation, digitization strategies.

4. Innovation of the portfolio of companies in the cluster based on digital transformation strategies
