The general objective of the project is to develop the necessary skills among employees to accelerate the adaptation of the industry to the structural changes of the market, focused on efficiency and innovation, in order to improve the competitive position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the North-West Region operating in the fields of Information and Communication Technologies, Creative Industries, Wood and Furniture, Automotive and Components Industry, Energy, and Environmental Management, correlated with areas of smart specialization according to the National Strategy for Research, Development, and Innovation - Bioeconomy; Information and Communication Technologies, Space, and Security; Energy, Environment, and Climate Change; and Eco-nanotechnologies and Advanced Materials, or in enterprises intending to adapt their activities in one of these sectors or domains.
4.0 Digital Innovative Transilvania
TRANSILVANIA DIGITALĂ INOVATIVĂ 4.0 is a project co-financed by the European Social Fund through POCU 2014-2020, aiming the development of digital skills.
The general objective of the project is to improve the level of knowledge/skills/ tools in the digital field of the employees of companies in the economic sectors and fields of intelligent specialization identified as a priority within the National Strategy for Research-Development-Innovation.
We also offer support for 5 SMEs in terms of the digital transformation process, by promoting a digitization/digital transition system that is aware and anchored in the area of competences and organizational management practices.
During the project implementation (October 2022 – December 2023), 34 course sessions were organized, covering the following topics: Software Tester, Excel, Ui/Ux Design, .Net, Javascript, Php Developer, Python, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, AUTOSAR, Database Developer (SQL), Software Architecture and Digital Transformation.
The results achieved in the whole project:
• 14 supported course topics
• 34 organized course groups
• 440 employees from 90 companies, participants in the courses
• 5 digital transformation strategies developed for 5 SMEs

The course was interesting, interactive and with many new things to learn. I can say that my knowledge on this part of UI/UX designer has increased significantly, many things that were presented I did not know and I am glad that I had the opportunity to participate and that I allocated extra time for such a thing.
I liked the organization of the materials, the way of transmitting the information, the examples, the practice and the interactions with my classmates. All in all 9/10 :) I also thank you for the opportunity and I'm waiting for my subject of interest to appear on the schedule of courses!
