



The general objective of the project is to develop the necessary skills among employees to accelerate the adaptation of the industry to the structural changes of the market, focused on efficiency and innovation, in order to improve the competitive position of small and medium-sized enterprises in the North-West Region operating in the fields of Information and Communication Technologies, Creative Industries, Wood and Furniture, Automotive and Components Industry, Energy, and Environmental Management, correlated with areas of smart specialization according to the National Strategy for Research, Development, and Innovation - Bioeconomy; Information and Communication Technologies, Space, and Security; Energy, Environment, and Climate Change; and Eco-nanotechnologies and Advanced Materials, or in enterprises intending to adapt their activities in one of these sectors or domains.
4.0 Digital Innovative Transilvania

Project objectives:

Improve the level of knowledge, skills, and professional competencies of 688 employees from small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the fields of Information and Communication Technologies, Creative Industries, Wood and Furniture, Automotive and Components Industry, Energy, and Environmental Management, correlated with areas of smart specialization according to the National Strategy for Research, Development, and Innovation - Bioeconomy; Information and Communication Technologies, Space, and Security; Energy, Environment, and Climate Change; and Eco-nanotechnologies and Advanced Materials.

Provide technical and non-technical training programs to enhance individual and company performance for the participating employees in the mentioned sectors or domains.
The project aims to empower the workforce with the necessary skills to adapt to market changes and foster innovation, ultimately enhancing the competitiveness of the involved businesses and contributing to regional economic growth and development.
The project is in implementation until December 2023.
