Customers refueling gasoline might also be interested in other products such as certain food, drinks, wood, etc. An innovation services SME is looking for AI solutions to personalize customer product promotions, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty. The solution searched shall identify customers, access to their consumer profile, and launch personalized promotions to generate new sales, e.g. buying in the convenient store.
TRES20241016008 - Open Challenge: Spanish innovation services SME is looking for a digital solution to automate the permitting process for maintenance activities in refineries and other industrial facilities (for a big customer)
An innovation services SME request is looking for technologies that improve the safety for plant maintenance activities in refineries and other industrial facilities. The solution could combine novel software and hardware (e.g. wristbands, watches, equipment tags, cameras...) and integrate with other maintenance management systems (SAP PM and other alert notification and work order systems), as well as the card-based system used to enable plant entry to maintenance contractors.
