ITBridge launches a new workshop series focused on business development and EU internationalisation, designed for the company members of Ukrainian Clusters and Business Support Organisations.
As more European and Ukrainian IT companies look to enter or strengthen their presence in the European Union market, ITBridge is launching a new workshop series dedicated to business development and internationalisation. The programme is designed as a practical, step-by-step journey that supports companies in preparing for, positioning themselves in, and scaling across the EU market.
The new series, titled ITBridge Go-To-Market Bootcamp, will run between January and July 2025 and will include eight online workshops, delivered by European experts with hands-on experience in international markets, B2B sales, funding, regulation, and ecosystem development. The first workshop is set to take place in January.

A structured path from strategy to EU contracts
The programme follows a logical sequence based on the real stages companies go through when entering a new market. From clarifying strategy and assessing EU market readiness, to international marketing, sales, access to finance, regulatory compliance, and talent development, each workshop addresses a key building block of international growth.
The bootcamp opens with the workshop “Is Your Company Ready for the EU Market?” on 20th of January (TBC), which provides participants with a strategic, legal, and operational framework to assess their readiness for European expansion. Subsequent sessions cover topics such as international marketing for IT companies, effective participation in B2B events and matchmaking sessions, access to funding opportunities, AI and cloud development in the context of the EU AI Act, cybersecurity and standards compliance, talent attraction in the EU, and real-life case studies of companies that have successfully secured European contracts.
From learning to practical application
A core principle of the ITBridge Go-To-Market Bootcamp is the direct link between learning and real-world application. For example, the workshop focused on B2B sales and international events will be followed by a brokerage and matchmaking event, allowing participants to immediately apply what they have learned: pitching, optimising company profiles, and setting clear business objectives.
Who the programme is for
The programme targets IT companies from Ukraine and the European Union, including startups, scale-ups, SaaS providers, AI and cloud solution developers, as well as professionals working in business development, marketing, sales, compliance, HR, and executive management.
Beyond practical know-how, participants will benefit from a cross-border collaboration framework, reflecting ITBridge’s broader goal of strengthening connections between European and Ukrainian digital ecosystems.
