GILL

Started in 2023 and with a duration of 3 years the GILL project creates a pan-European collaboration and learning hub and tools to support Gender Responsive Smart Innovation and Entrepreneurship (GRSIE).

The project is aiming at:

Making Open Innovation Ecosystems Inclusive
Aligning Innovation with society’s needs, expectations and values
Broadening knowledge & collaboration among citizens, government, industry and academia

As tech partners, Digital Innovation Hub and Living Lab Transilvania IT together with Alba Iulia Municipality will design, implement and test innovative, tech-based practical tools for enabling gender equality, fairness into the workplace highlighting the needs, realities, capacities and good practices existing in Romania in this respect.
