What Is AIRISE?

AIRISE (Artificial Intelligence for Resilience in Manufacturing SMEs) is a European initiative designed to accelerate AI adoption on the production line, directly supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the manufacturing sector. The program offers companies:

• Non-reimbursable funding of up to EUR 60,000

• Free consultancy to identify concrete opportunities for AI implementation

• Access to European expertise in industrial digitalization

Who Can Benefit from AIRISE?

AIRISE is aimed at:

• Manufacturing SMEs from any industry (construction materials, automotive, agro-industry, medical equipment, etc.)

• Companies looking to implement AI-driven process optimization (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality control, supply chain optimization, production planning)

Technology providers and IT solution developers can also benefit indirectly by partnering with their manufacturing clients to create innovative AI projects supported through AIRISE.

How Does the Process Work?

1. Initial Assessment: Interested companies are invited to complete a short online questionnaire to assess their production challenges and needs.👉 Assessment Form

2. Recommendation: Based on the assessment, the AIRISE team provides feedback on the idea’s eligibility and suggests the next steps.

3. Application: Eligible companies can apply for funding under AIRISE open calls.

4. Experimentation: Selected projects receive financial and technical support to develop and test customized AI solutions within their own industrial processes.
